These terms govern your use of Northpine, a social media publishing and analytics tool operated by Secrette LLC. By connecting an account or using the service you agree to them.
Northpine lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, publish and schedule video content to those accounts, view analytics for them, and read and reply to comments on your own posts. It acts only on accounts you have connected, and only on instructions you give it.
By connecting an account you confirm that you own it or are authorised by its owner to manage it and to publish on its behalf. You are responsible for keeping your Northpine login secure and for all activity carried out through it.
You retain ownership of everything you publish through Northpine. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit that content to the platforms you have selected, on your instruction. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including that you hold the necessary rights to it and that it complies with the rules of every platform you send it to.
You must not use Northpine to:
Northpine accesses TikTok through TikTok's official APIs and operates in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines. The same applies to every other platform we support and its respective terms. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms, and platform behaviour, availability, rate limits and features are outside our control and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled posts depend on third-party APIs and may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control; you remain responsible for confirming that important posts published as intended.
You may stop using Northpine and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required by a platform or by law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analytics are supplied by third-party platforms and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secrette LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from content you published, from platform actions taken against your accounts, or from a post failing to publish.
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change and material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
